All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Himachal Heaven Travel.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation date relative to the start date of the tour.

Full refund (excluding any non-refundable deposits) will be provided for cancellations made more than [10] days prior to the start of the tour.

Cancellations made within [2] days of the tour start date are not eligible for a refund.

Some tours may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is deducted from the total tour cost.

Once a tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour, including accommodations, meals, or activities.

To initiate a refund request, participants must contact Himachal Heaven Travel in writing, providing details of the booking and reason for cancellation.
